제 목: 전통과 고정관념을 확 깨트려라 (행 11:1～18절)
(Break down tradition and stereotypes.)
“악이 선을 이길 수 없고, 불의가 의를 이길 수 없다.
거짓이 진실을 이길 수 없고, 어둠이 빛을 이길 수 없다”
Evil cannot beat good, injustice cannot beat righteousness.
Falsehood cannot beat the truth, darkness cannot beat the light.
“하나님을 막을 수 있는 것은 아무 것도 없다”
Nothing can stop God.
무신론자 (An atheist)
‘하나님이 어디 있느냐 신은 없다. 신은 인간이 만들어 낸 허구라고 말하며 스스로 신이라’
Where is God? There is no God. God calls himself God, saying that it is a fiction created by man.
이신론자 (A detheist)
‘역사의 중심, 세상의 중심은 인간에게 있다’
The center of history, the center of world, lies in humans.
율법주의자들(The legalists)
‘율법의 틀과 장로의 유전, 전통이라는 이름으로 성자 하나님을 거부’
Rejecting the God of Saint in the name of the frame of the law, the inheritance of the elder, and tradition.
“진리와 전통이라는 명분으로 믿음의 사람들이 하나님의 일을 부인하거나 방해하지는 않는가?”
Do people of faith deny or interfere with God’s work in the name of truth and tradition?
“이방인에게서 하나님의 구원의 역사와 성령의 역사가 나타남.”
The history of God’s salvation and the history of the Holy Spirit appear in the Stranger.
“무할례자는 하나님의 구원의 역사가 미칠 수 없는 존재”
The history of God’s salvation is beyond reach.
“하나님보다 인간 중심, 내 중심으로 보고 생각하기 때문”
Because I see and think of it as human-centered and my own rather than God.
1. 이것은 전통과 고정관념에서 잘못 비롯된 것이다
(This stems from tradition and stereotypes.)
“진리가 전통이라는 고정관념의 틀에 묶이게 될 때 폭력이 되거나 파괴가 일어난다.”
When truth is bound by the stereptype of tradition, violence or destruction occurs.
“진리가 옳지만 고정관념으로 묶어 버리면, 오히려 나와 다른 사람조차 힘들게 하고 부자유하게 한다”
The truth is right, but if you tie it up with stereotypes, it rather makes it difficult and unnatural for me and others.
2. 이런 현상은 영적 우월주의에서 나오는 교만이다
(This phenomenon is pride resulting from spiritual supremacy.)
“모든 것이 교회의 목적이고, 교회 안에서 이루어져야 할 것들이다”
Everything is the purpose of the curch and what should be done within the church.
3. 특벽한 대우를 받고자 하는 의식이 남아있기 때문이다
(This is because there is a sense of wanting to receive special treatment.)
“내가 스스로 특별해 보이겠다는 의식을 갖는 것은 교만이다”
It is pride that I have a sense of being special to myself.
“내가 누구이기에 하나님을 능히 막겠느냐”(17절)
Who am I to prevent God?
1) 하나님의 마음으로 사실을 보아야 한다.
You must see facts from God’s heart.
2) 선교적 경륜을 생각할 줄 알아야 한다.
You have to think of it as a missionary experience.
“한 사람이라도 더 구원하려고 하는 마음이 있어야 한다”
There should be a desire to save even one more person.
‘하나님 앞에서 너희의 말을 듣는 것이 하나님의 말씀을 듣는 것보다 옳은가 판단하라.’
Determine whether it is right to listen to you before God, rather than to listen to God.
딤전 2:4절
“하나님은 모든 사람이 구원을 받으며 진리를 아는 데에 이르기를 원하시느니라”
3) 철저하게 말씀과 성령의 인도하심 가운데 있어야 한다.
You must be thoroughly in the middle of the word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
(본문 16절) 포
“내가 주의 말씀에 요한은 물로 세례를 베풀었으나 너희는 성령으로 세례를 받으리라 하신 것이 생각났노라”
성령훼방죄 (A crime of obstruction of the Holy Spirit.)
‘하나님이 하시는 것을 방해하면 그 죄는 용서받지 못함’
If you interfere with what God does, the sin will not be forgiven.
