제 목 : 기독교의 감사는 신앙과 능력이다
(시63:1-11절)
(Christian appreciation is faith and ability.)
“감사절은 성탄절과 부활절과 함께 기독교의 3대 절기중 하나이다.“
Thanksgiving is one of the top three Christian feasts along with Christians and Easter.
“기독교의 감사는 참으로 신비하다.”
Christianity’s appreciation is very mysterious.
“기독교의 감사는 영적인 능력과 신앙의 능력이기 때문이다.”
Because Christian appreciation is a spiritual power and a religious power.
“추수감사절의 기원은 1620년으로 거슬러 올라간다.”
Thanksgiving dates back to 1620.
‘다윗이 유다광야에서 환난을 겪고 방황할 때 지은 시’
A poem written by David when he wandered through chaos in the wilderness of Judah.
“하갈이 이스마엘을 데리고 쫓기며 방황한 광야”
A wilderness where Hagal wandered in pursuit of Ishmael.
창 21:15～16절
“가죽부대의 물이 떨어진지라 그 자식을 관목덤불 아래에 두고 이르되 아이가 죽는 것을
차마 보지 못하겠다 하고 화살 한 바탕 거리 떨어져 마주 앉아 바라보며 소리 내어 우니”
“자식의 죽는 것을 차마 보지 못하겠다”
I can’t bear to see my child die.
“태양마저 반갑지 않은 곳이 바로 유다 광야다.”
The place where even the sun is not happy is Judah’s wilderness.
1. 성도는 만족할 줄 알고 감사할 줄 알아야 한다
(Saints should be satisfied and grateful.)
시 42:1절
“하나님이여 사슴이 시냇물을 찾기에 갈급함 같이 내 영혼이 주를 찾기에 갈급하나이다.”
God, my soul is desperate to find the Lord, just as a deer is desperate to find the stream.
본문 1절
“… 내가 간절히 주를 찾되 물이 없어 마르고 황폐한 땅에서 내 영혼이 주를 갈망하며
내 육체가 주를 앙모하나이다”
My soul yearns for you in a land that is dry and desolate without water, and my
body takes care of you.
본문 5절
“골수와 기름진 것을 먹음과 같이 나의 영혼이 만족할 것이라”
My soul will be satisfied, just like eating bone marrow and greasy food.
“이것은 만족의 신앙에서 나오는 능력이다.”
This is an ability that comes from the faith of satisfaction.
“무엇을 바라는 마음에서 감사하는 것이 아니라, 아무 조건 없이 감사하는 것이다.“
You don’t appreciation it in the hope of something, but you appreciate it unconditionally.
2. 기쁨으로 감사하는 성도가 되어야 한다
(You have to be a saint who is grateful with joy.)
본문 5절
“- 나의 입이 기쁜 입술로 주를 찬송하되”
I will praise the Lord with my lips that are glad.
본문 2절
“내가 주의 권능과 영광을 보기 위하여 이와 같이 성소에서 주를 바라보았나이다”
I looked at the Lord from the sanctuary like this to see his power and glory.
“물 한 모금 찾기 어려운 광야가 다윗에게는 하나님의 성전이 되어 버린 것이다.“
The wilderness, which is hard to find a sip of water, has became the temple of God to David.
본문 3절
“주의 인자하심이 생명보다 나으므로 내 입술이 주를 찬양할 것이라.”
For your kindness is better than life, and my lips will praise you.
“주님의 은혜가 나의 생명보다 좋다는 것”
That the grace of the Loord is better than my life.
“내 영혼이 주님을 향하여 감사하는 감사의 능력자가 되어야 한다.”
My soul should be the power of thanksgiving to the Lord.
3. 장차 도와주실 은혜를 생각하며 감사해야 한다
(We should be grateful for your help in the future.)
본문 7절
“주는 나의 도움이 되셨음이라 내가 주의 날개 그늘에서 즐겁게 부르리이다”
I will sing happily in the shadow of your wings, for you have been my help.
“주의 날개”는 주님의 권능과 보호를 상징한다.“
Lord’s wings symbolize Lord’s power and protection.
“내가 주의 날개 그늘에서 기뻐하리라”
I will rejoice in the shadow of your wings.
본문 8절
“나의 영혼이 주를 가까이 따르니 주의 오른손이 나를 붙드시거니와”
My soul will follow you closely, and your right hand will hold me together.
본문 4절
“이러므로 나의 평생에 주를 송축하며… 나의 손을 들리이다”
That is why I raise my hand in celebration of the Lord throughout my life
“주님을 송축하는 마음과 감사하는 그 마음만은 영원히 멈추지 않겠다는 고백“
It’s a confession that I will never stop celebration the Lord and thanking him.
“오히려 환난과 역경 중에 감사드려야 한다.”
On the contrary, we must thank you in the midst of confusion and adversity.
“영롱한 진주는 조개의 속살이 수 많은 상처를 입어야 생겨난다.“
Glamorous pears are created only when the shell’s flesh is scarred.
