제 목:절망의 순간에 우리가 준비해야 할 것 (왕하 4:1～7절)
(What we need to prepare for in the moment of despair.)
“그녀가 엘리사를 만나면서 하나님의 은혜의 역사가 펼쳐지기 시작”
As she met Elisa, the history of God’s grace began to unfold.
1. 막다른 벼랑에 섰을 때 하나님을 찾아라
(Find God when you’re on the brink.)
“인간의 힘으로 해결할 수 없음을 깨달을 때 사람은 겸손해진다.”
A man becomes humble when he realizes that he cannot solve it by human power.
“하나님은 우리가 막다른 상황에 처했을 때 일하신다.”
God works when we are in a dead end.
“누구도 상상할 수 없었던 방법으로 하나님은 역사하셨다.”
God has made history in a way that no one could have imagined.
“기도는 나를 포기하고 나를 하나님께 맡기는 것”
Prayer is to give up on me and leave it to God.
“막다른 상황에 처한 심정으로 하나님께 맡기고 구하라”
Leave it to God and save it with a feeling of being in a dead end.
2. 믿음의 불씨를 갖고 있어야 한다
(You have to have a spark of faith.)
“하나님께서 우리에게 주신 그 믿음을 보시고 역사하셨다.”
He has seen the faith God has given us, and he has made history.
“하나님은 나에게 주어진 환경을 통해서 역사하시는 분이다”
God is the man who history through the environment I have been given.
(본문 2절)
“… 네 집에 무엇이 있는지 내게 말하라…계집종의 집에 기름 한 그릇 외에는 아무것도 없나이다 하니”
“하나님이 원하시는 것은 먼저 우리의 작은 믿음이다.”
What God wants is our little faith first.
“인생의 위기에서 우리의 살길은 하나님 뿐이다.”
God is the only way we can live in the crisis of life.
시 121: 3절
“여호와께서 너로 실족하지 아니하게 하시며 너를 지키시는 이가 졸지 아니 하시리로다”
“하나님의 역사는 언제 어디서 어떻게 일어날지 아무도 모른다.”
No one knows when, where and how God’s history will take place.
3. 하나님의 역사를 믿고 그릇을 준비해야 한다
(We have to believe in God’s history N prepare a vessel.)
(본문 3절)
“너는 밖에 나가서 모든 이웃에게 그릇을 빌리라 빈 그릇을 빌리되 조금 빌리지 말고”
“하나님께서 베푸실 은혜와 축복을 담을 빈 그릇을 준비해야”
Prepare an empty bowl that will contain the grace and blessing that God will give.
“믿음의 그릇을 크게 하여 큰 소망, 큰 희망, 큰 소원을 갖자”
Let’s make a big wish, a big hope, and a big wish by making the vessel of faith bigger.
“이번에는 마음에 목표가 보였다.”
This time, I saw a goal in my mind.
“절망의 순간에 우리가 준비해야 할 것은 마음의 소망이다”
What we need to prepare for in a moment of despair is the wish of the heart.
“하나님은 준비된 자에게 준비된 만큼 베푸신다.”
God gives the prepared as much as he is ready.
